In October 2009, Janet realised she had a problem. Working in the congress department of a large pharmaceutical company means that you get used to tight schedules. On this occasion however, it seemed like many of her key customers were going to miss out on the biggest rheumatology congress of the year.

The annual ACR congress was being held in Philadelphia and an unusually high number of customers had requested to attend.
